1. Print-on-Demand Products
All Afrilounge Store items are custom-made when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the product.
Please double-check size charts, colors, and product details before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement, email us at hello@afriloungestore.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will process your replacement as quickly as possible.
3. Wrong or Missing Orders
If you received the wrong item or your package is missing, contact us right away at hello@afriloungestore.com. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
4. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our side
Refunds are not issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Items that have already been replaced
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
6. Order Cancellation
Because products go into production quickly, orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted.
